Worth knowing before you go
- Closed / restricted: Only around 20–25% of the rooftop is open on a standard ticket; the infinity pool is hotel guests only, and the Ce La Vi bar and restaurant require a separate reservation.
- Closed / restricted: The deck closes for rain and lightning; refund and re-entry outcomes have been inconsistent, so it is worth checking conditions on the day.
- Book ahead: Sunset slots sell out well in advance, especially on weekends and during F1 season; our online ticket also costs less than the counter price.
- Season: Indonesian smoke haze can reduce visibility, particularly during certain seasons; city lights at night are less affected than daytime views.
- Crowds: Sunset is the most popular time, and the lift queue down can run 40–60 minutes; weekday mornings and early afternoons are consistently much quieter.
- Cost: Staff photos printed on site cost 45–75 SGD; a digital copy via QR code is included in the ticket, though some guests report download issues.
